Rental fees for The Fireside Room include One hour before and One hour after the function for set-up and clean up at no additional charge. Table and chairs are also included. A $200 deposit is due upon booking. If a cancellation is made at least 45 days prior to the event half of the deposit will be returned. Any cancellations made less than 45 days from the event date, the entire $200 deposit will be forfeited.
