Fireside Room Fees
Fri., Sat., Sun. & Holidays 12pm-11:45 pm $600 flat fee plus a $200 damage/reservation deposit.

Mon-Thurs 9am-9pm $350 flat fee plus a $200 damage/reservation deposit.


Table and chair set-up/take-down: $50 for each service rendered.
$20.00 Tap cleaning fee if Tap's are used.

Tables: 18 3'x6', 4 4'x8' (22 tables total), Chairs: 100 These are included in the rental package. No linens or flatware provided.

Rental fees for The Fireside Room include One hour before and One hour after the function for set-up and clean up at no additional charge. (Additional time for set-up may be available for an additional charge.)

Table and chairs are also included. A $200 deposit is due upon booking. If a cancellation is made at least 45 days prior to the event half of the deposit will be returned. Any cancellations made less than 45 days from the event date, the entire $200 deposit will be forfeited.
